OctoStudio transforms how children use mobile devices, enabling them to create their own stories and games anytime anywhere. Children can take photos and record sounds, bring them to life with coding blocks, and send their projects to friends and family.

Launched in October 2023 by Lifelong Kindergarten, the MIT Media Lab research group that created Scratch, the world’s most popular coding language for kids. OctoStudio is available globally as a free mobile app for Android, iOS, and Chromebooks. It supports over 30 languages, including English, French, and Spanish.
